Using LootRadar

By using thelootradar.com, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. LootRadar provides PC game price listings, filters, Deal Scores, recommendations, and editorial guides for general informational use.

Prices and availability

Price and store listings come from third parties, primarily CheapShark. LootRadar publishes a refreshed snapshot every three hours, but a retailer may change a price, edition, region restriction, activation requirement, or availability between snapshots.

The retailer’s checkout page controls the final price and purchase terms. Confirm those details before buying.

Deal Scores and recommendations

Deal Scores combine available quality, price, discount, review-confidence, and interest signals. Recommendations are sorting aids, not objective reviews, guarantees of enjoyment, or financial advice. Missing or inaccurate source data can affect a result.

Third-party stores and links

LootRadar is not the seller and does not process game purchases. External stores, CheapShark redirects, and other linked services apply their own terms, refund policies, regional rules, and privacy practices. LootRadar is not responsible for their products, transactions, availability, or conduct.

Advertising and affiliate relationships

LootRadar displays third-party advertising. It holds no affiliate relationships with retailers at this time, though it may enter them later. Outbound deal links route through CheapShark, which may receive compensation from a store at no added cost to you. Advertising and any future affiliate relationship do not determine Deal Scores, collection eligibility, or ranking order.

Accounts and saved preferences

An account is optional. You are responsible for access to your email account and for activity performed through your LootRadar account. Device-local watchlists and preferences may be lost if browser data is cleared. LootRadar may suspend access when necessary to protect the service or other users.

You can delete your account from the account dashboard. Deletion permanently removes the account’s synchronized preferences, watchlist, notification settings, and retained delivery history. Device-local data may remain until you clear it or the site removes it after deletion.

Optional deal email

Target-price alerts, free-game alerts, and the weekly five-deal digest are independent, optional categories. Each is off by default and requires your explicit opt-in. Account-access email never enrolls you in deal email.

LootRadar uses Resend to deliver messages. You may turn off a category, turn off all deal email, or use the unsubscribe links included in each message. Recent category, status, and date records may appear in your private account history and help prevent duplicate delivery.

Alert coverage is limited to LootRadar’s current CheapShark-derived quality snapshot and may not include every offer. A delayed refresh produces no new-deal message, but prices, editions, regions, and availability may still change before you act. The retailer page controls the final price, availability, and purchase terms.

Acceptable use

Do not interfere with the site, bypass access controls, probe for vulnerabilities without permission, overload third-party APIs, scrape the service in a way that harms availability, or use LootRadar for unlawful activity.

Intellectual property

LootRadar’s original text, interface, and branding are protected by applicable law. Game names, images, store marks, and other third-party materials belong to their respective owners. Their appearance does not imply endorsement.

Availability and warranties

LootRadar is provided on an “as available” basis without warranties of uninterrupted operation, complete coverage, or error-free data. Features may change, pause, or be removed.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, LootRadar is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from site use, unavailable deals, third-party transactions, or inaccurate source data. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.

Changes to these terms

These terms may change as LootRadar’s features or legal obligations change. The revised date will appear at the top of this page. Continued use after a revision means you accept the updated terms.
